KALISSA
Description
Le jeu KALISSA (Marque déposée) est un jeu présentiel très flexible permettant des formations ludiques et animée avec un groupe de maximum 12 personnes. Nous l’utilisons pour nos formations depuis 2018 et les retours sont toujours très positifs car très participatifs. Il y a 3 jeux en un seul dans la même boîte : • 4 parcours de type Trivial poursuit avec des cartes contenant des questions – réponses (92 cartes) • Des cartes Défis (mimes, charades…) • 8 jeux de rôles pour mettre en situation les participants. Par contre, le jeu est vraiment porté par l’animateur qui est le pilier central de la formation et nécessite un temps de préparation (choix des cartes et du jeu de rôle en fonction du message à passer) La durée est très variable et adaptable. Dans les industries, on conseille des sessions de 1 à 2 heures pour les opérateurs.
