PayZZage, c’est un jeu de plateau invitant les apprenants à mener une réflexion collective autour des relations élevage - paysage - biodiversité. PayZZage offre l’opportunité d’aborder de façon ludique et active des savoirs (connaissances sur l’agroécologie, la biodiversité fonctionnelle, ...), de mettre en pratique des savoir-faire (raisonner l’allocation de parcelles en fonction d’objectifs de production et de contraintes, prendre des décisions) et de développer des savoir-être (communiquer, négocier, coopérer, ...). - 4 systèmes d’élevage disponibles - 2 modes de jeu : une version autour de la gestion collective du paysage / une version orientée sur la succession des cultures. - 3 niveaux de complexité, pour une utilisation du BAC pro au BTS
