Description

Les joueurs représentent un groupe d’élus, d’habitants et de services gestionnaires qui se lancent dans le projet d’aménager un ÉcoQuartier pour leur commune. Arriveront-ils à avoir le label ÉcoQuartier ? C’est le défi auquel ils devront répondre. Il existe 4 plateaux de jeu différents pour représenter 4 territoires : rural, ville moyenne avec des grandes friches, entrée d’agglomération et commune d’outre-mer. Après avoir pris connaissance de leur territoire et des objectifs à atteindre pour leur ÉcoQuartier, les joueurs sélectionnent collectivement 9 ambitions / engagements pour définir leur projet idéal. Ils passent ensuite à l’étape de réalisation. Au dos des cartes ambitions, des propositions d’opérations concrètes leur sont faites. A eux de choisir lesquelles aménager et les situer sur le plan. Cette phase se fait en maquette. Ils ont un budget à respecter qui vont les amener à faire des choix. A la fin de la partie, les joueurs auto-évaluent leur projet en répondant à un questionnaire. S’ils ont au-moins 3 points à chaque thème (gouvernance et méthode, cadre de vie et usages, développement territorial, environnement et climat), ils gagnent le label ÉcoQuartier.
